Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings and stays at Corbett Cottage Resort, Ramnagar. By making a booking you agree to them.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and any requested advance is received. Rates are per night and may vary by season; the rate quoted to you at the time of booking is the rate that applies.

Check-in & check-out

Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Safari arrangements

Safari permits and jeeps are arranged through the forest department and are charged separately from your room. Permit availability is not guaranteed and is outside our control; we will always do our best to secure your preferred zone and time.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the season and how close to arrival you cancel. We will share the applicable terms when you book. Forest department safari charges may be non-refundable once a permit is issued.

Conduct & pets

We welcome well-behaved pets by prior arrangement. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please respect the forest, the wildlife and other guests.

Liability

We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, forest closures or changes to safari schedules.
